*The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, an evening banquet on Thursday September 20th, 2018. The standard conference fee does not include travel and accommodation costs. We hope that the delegates will join us for the conference dinner (€20) on Friday 21st, 2018. The conference dinner (€20) is not included in the standard registration fee. Those wishing to attend the conference dinner should pay the Extended Conference Fee.

In the registration form chose the "Extended Conference Rate", the form will offer you two options of menu: "normal" and "vegetarian".  Each menu consists of a three-course meal, the normal version contains the traditional Czech roast sirloin of beef in cream sauce; the vegetarian menu includes "Spatzle with Czech forest mushrooms". If you have any food allergies, please indicate it in the form (The information about your special dietary requirements will be useful for us also for serving the conference lunches).

** If you plan on bringing a guest with you for the dinner, please register for "Extended+Partner Conference Rate" and chose the menu option for her/him. You can pay for your guest's dinner in cash at the Registration Desk. In such a case, please inform us by e-mail.  Please note that the payment in cash can be accepted only in Czech crowns (550 CZK).

 

About the CEACS Triennial Conference Series

The CEACS brings together university teachers, researchers and students from the Central European region (interpreted broadly) who are doing work related to Canada. At the present time the association has 190 members, coming from Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia; a few individuals come from a scattering of other countries. Every three years the association holds a major international multidisciplinary conference.
